Capstone Component 1: Executive Summary Section #1: Progress of the Company Introduction There is need of ensuring that at the beginning of a company during the early phases of production in the shorty-run the company should be always to produce and earn revenue. The main of every company in the production process is always to ensure that the business earn profits and minimize costs. There is always the need of ensuring the company is well of especially when relating to the company financial standards. Market strategy also enables every company to gain an enough market share for the company which will enhance growth and development of every business. Entering a new market of production also entails describing the company products to the consumers to ensure their understanding of a product that is coming into the market. This can be enhanced through product promotion by use of sale personnel and advertisement of the product. This will ensure the product is known in the market and the consumers are aware of the product. After the process of ensuring the description of the product in the market there is need of analyzing the products that the firm is producing to know the nature of the market and most probably the returns of the product. Therefore the paper will tackle a lot concerning my Company and provide efficient details concerning my company from competitive round 1 to round 8. Description of the Product The aim of the project was to develop my Company to one of the performing industries in the market. To achieve the objective it required utilization of the necessary equipment’s to ensure effective results at the end of the eight rounds of competition. Therefore the decision that I considered was to develop four products from competitive round. These products are known as Able, A_ John, A_ Geor, A_ Ben and A_ Davi. These five product was to ensure that I covered all the markets segments and be able to make profits and the same time to become social responsible.
