Overview of the simulation
When team Andrews taken over a sensors production company, the industry was
splitting from one less-competition monopoly to several mutually-competition
companies. There are many serious mismanagement problems. Therefore, Andrews
makes numerous improvements in all aspects of company operation. After 6 round
simulations end, company’s performance has been improved effectively. Andrews’
cumulative profit ranked second with over 29.5 million, stock price and market share
ranked first in $63.62 and 35.8% respectively (Capstone Courier 2021).
In part 1, firstly, this report will analyze Andrews’s competitors’ production strategy
by observing competitor’s production and R&D movement, and then formulate
corresponding countermeasures to eliminate potential loss. Secondly, this report will
review Andrews’s performance based on its three planned development phases.
Thirdly, according to the Andrews’s performance in final round and company’s future
development expectation, this report will propound several recommendations about
company’s strategy and future operation.
In part 2, manager of Andrews will make a self-assessment according to his individual
contribution to team’s efficiencies. The manager’s personality, type of team player
style and leadership, and some learning in simulation also will be illustrated.

Production capacity and automation movement is a significant indicator which
reflects competitors’ strategy. When competitors’ strategy is confirmed, Andrews
could forecast each segment’s future development and formulate pertinent strategy.
