Included in this plan will be a work break down structure, managing the potential risk, control strategy and resource distribution. Work Breakdown Structure In successfully executing a project, a work breakdown structure has to be setup. The work breakdown structure categorizes each element of a project into a chronological order. It identifies each task and subtasks coherently, sets a schedule completion with milestones and deliverables. Basically, a work breakdown structure comprises of six main objects: 1.
