Short Story - ANSWER What are you more into: strength training. cardio or rowing -Strength--reflect -cardio--pitch the bike -Pitch the rower Pitch for the Bike - ANSWER Have you ever heard of Echelon? --if yes, perfect! --if no...you've heard of peloton right? Yes great! it's very similar Bike Presentation - ANSWER Point to Monitor--so this goes through wifi and while it's connected to wifi you have access to thousands of prerecorded classes to choose from and BONUS--there are live classes everyday as well. So essentially you are taking a cycling class in the privacy and comfortability of your own home on your own time Bike Presentation pt. 2 - ANSWER Now one of the fun parts of an in-person class is competing against others to drive that motivation you know? Your stats go on the leaderboard here so you can compete against others in your community or even your own household. Now during the live classes those instructors have access to your stats so they can push and motivate you to get to the top of the leaderboard Bike presentation pt. 3 - ANSWER Now I think the best part of this is the monitor. I say that because the screen flips (show flip) and now it's a yoga studio, or a stretching class, Zumba or even a nutritional class. It truly is one product that encompasses everything Echelon vs Peloton - ANSWER Now what's the difference between peloton and echelon? Well the biggest difference is that with Peloton, when you ride you have to wear their specific shoes which are $125/pair, with Echelon, you can use clip shoes, or your own sneakers which I prefer. Asking them to hop on - ANSWER Would you like to give it a spin? They don't need to really get on and in fact we don't want them to because the more they know the more there is to object to. If they do get on, fit the bike to them. Seat to their hip, have them pedal a couple times, show them where the resistance is and say really smooth right? Echelon vs peloton price - ANSWER Now the other difference is price. Everything that comes with it retails for $2000 which is still less than what the Peloton with the same package. Now for Costco members it's $1,599 which will include the bike, the monitor, free shipping to your door and a year's subscription to the classes. Closing the sale - ANSWER Hand them the clipboard with the order form and pen on it and go through it with them Closing the sale-disinterest - ANSWER move on to the reflect Closing the sale--they're thinking about it - ANSWER Ask them: Have you been looking into a peloton or a bike for the home a little bit? If so--there is interest in the market and nowww you can say things like "I've had a lot of Peloton bike users on the bike here at Costco say it feels the exact same" or They're currently only running this at a few Costco's in the whole country" or "I had a lady earlier who was literally on her way to buy a peloton and got on this one on the spot because it was so similar and she ended up getting it because it was that similar Segueing from bike to Reflect--what to say - ANSWER If you think the bike is cool, you gotta check out the Reflect! Show similar features from the bike Not segueing from bike but pitching Reflect - ANSWER Have you heard of the reflect? No? Well you've heard of the mirror from Lulu Lemon right? yes..Perfect it's super similar except the Mirror uses bluetooth to sync to your phone and your use your phone as a remote whereas the reflect is a touch screen which I find to be more user friendly Similar features on Reflect and Bike - ANSWER this will run through Wi-Fi, it has thousands of pre-recorded classes with the addition of live classes as well. Start scrolling through the classes. I think the best thing about this is that because it's a mirror you can check your own form with the instructors. Sometimes you're in a class or a gym where you're off to the side or don't have that direct access to see your form and Heart Rate Monitor for Reflect - ANSWER And then on top of that you can wear you9r heart rate monitor that comes with the reflect. It tracks your stats which allows you to see your progress as well as compare it to others in a live class or people around your community. It truly is a personal training experience in your own house on your own time. and when it's not in use, it's a mirror Reflect Pricing - ANSWER Everything that's included with the Reflect is $2,000 now for our Costco members the price is $1,599.00 and again with that you get the mirror, monitor, free shipping and a year's subscription to all the classes. Pitching the Rower - ANSWER -Just like the bike or reflect, you have access to the thousands of prerecorded classes and live classes as well. the difference here is that you are using your tablet so it's like being on a rower and being with an instructor from your own home on your own time Perks of a Rower - ANSWER Now I think the misconception with the rower is that it's just an upper body workout which is not the case. Rowers are designed to target 85% of your body's muscles so it is a full body workout. It's low impact but is still great for losing weight, increasing your stamina or tone and building muscle. Very few machines can target cardio and strength building at the same time let alone have the ability to target abs and glutes as well. And the best part is that it can be folded up and becomes quite compact Rower Pricing - ANSWER everything you get with it is in total $999.99 What's included in Rower pricing - ANSWER rower, free shipping, year's subscription to all the classes Rower as a rehash - ANSWER "so they're just having me tell everyone, so I'll tell you as well" So the rower we just got in. And as you come into the second year with the bike, you'll have the $400 yearly fee for the classes but the rower comes with another year's subscription which can be used with both devices. So the rower and the extra year would be $1400 together but here today it's $999 and since with that $400 I mentioned earlier with the bike it's kind of like getting the rower for $600 bucks. Ringing up order - ANSWER -YOU fill out the order form -cross off 10-15 business days and write in 20-25. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is an extra $400 -walk up with the customer to the register and have the cashier run it -cashier will slip print member gets pink slip, we get yellow 3 things to let the member know - ANSWER -they put the unit together themselves -they get a text confirmation in 3-5 days and tracking text in 20-25 business days -give them a brochure and direct them to the # and email on there if they have questions Subscription - ANSWER $399/year 39/month includes everything this is a mandatory payment because of copyright laws Warranty - ANSWER 1 year warranty on everything, bike and electronics and that comes with the purchase, can be extended online Bike without subscription - ANSWER reads stats Netflix/firestick - ANSWER cannot be used on monitor Does it project on another screen - ANSWER no Does it connect to apple watches, headphones or heart rate monitor - ANSWER no CC classes? - ANSWER no but working onit Ex 5 vs Ex 5 s - ANSWER s comes with the monitor Fitbit or Strava? - ANSWER yes it works with both Can the trainers see me? - ANSWER No, they just see your stats Can I switch out the seat - ANSWER of course, any standard seat would fit if you don't like the original Assembly - ANSWER 6 or 7 pieces that you put together yourself we do not offer a service that puts it together for you delivery cannot be delayed Competitors-Peloton/Mirror - ANSWER neither have Zumba, nutrition or celebrity categories Differences between Peloton and Echelon - ANSWER Handlebars move on Echelon Flywheel is in the back John Foley Founder of Peloton NPR - ANSWER when he started out the bike didn't do well because of perceived value. He then marked up the price $1000 and marketed it for an elite customer and it took off. [Show More]
