The three variables which relate with each other in my case is the Duration, Work, and Resources. Work is the fixed variable and was not altered.There was a change in the Duration therefore the third variable which is the Assigned Units (Resources) must be altered. Project Cost According to my Gantt Chart, my total project is $36,000.00 in 68 days covering a total of 768 hours. The duration Unit Work formula is œWork = Duration x Units which is the same as Cost = Rate x Hours per Resources. From cost being the result of the calculation, there can be an affected change based on the two variables it depends on(Duration and Unit).
