Final_Project_Milestone_Two.docx (2) 5-2 Final Project Milestone 2 Project Plan Work Breakdown Structure Phase one will consist of data acquisition and understanding the expectations of the stake holders and what they desire the new application to accomplish. In this phase we will use the information gathered to prepare and plan out the project breakdown and overall completion strategy for each team. Phase two will be centered around UI design and acceptance for the new facelift of the GasBuddy project based on customer and internal feedback. Once completed and approved we will move on to Phase three. Phase three will consist of development changes based on the requirements of the new UI and any additional features requested by the customers and stakeholders approved in Phase One. Phase Four will consist of QA testing and beta testing utilizing AB testing with a select group of loyal customers and using the Apple TestFlight and Google beta testing. Phase 5 will be the launch phase where the app will first be release regionally on the web application and closely monitored for performance. The next steps will be to roll it out over the app stores while it is being closely monitored for any performance issues. Timeline Dependencies I have chosen for my team to follow the Agile methodology in the development of GasBuddy 3.0.
