The onset of her symptoms was 3 months ago, and she has been gaining weight since menopause of last year. She reports she even joined the gym and must force herself to go twice a week to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes in an attempt to lose weight, but she has been unsuccessful. In this case study assignment, we will look at the subjective and objective findings that were collected and use them to assist in diagnosing Mrs. G. as well as creating an appropriate management plan. We will also apply the national diabetes guidelines and include them in the patient’s management plan.
