The board of directors has decided that Diana’s oldest daughter, Melissa, is the next in line to take over Carlson. Melissa is in her early twenties and studied EEE at Whitman with an advertising (Newhouse) minor. Design a plan to ensure that Melissa’s development will prepare her for such a daunting task.
