People of different health professions need to work well with one another to deliver health care to patients. In health care, teamwork is defined as multiple individuals who interdependently interact with one another with a common goal. They work towards a measurable purpose and benefit from the leadership. They maintain stability while motivating and encouragingequal and honest discussion and problem-solving.
