Developing clear goals. Assessing
members’ skills in the planning of the
project. Allowing for cross-fertilization
of ideas.
Apart of my jobs as a programmer, we all are really involved in every set of tasks each of us
perform as we decided to work more closely together which allows us to share our knowledge,
experience, skills, suggestions, and recommendations with each other. We were honest and
open while sharing ideas with each other and we explore initiatives without fear to maximize
innovation.
2 Support and guide

All members of the team respect
individual members’ different ways of
contributing ideas.
During team formation, I am interested in someone who align with teamwork culture but not
necessarily the same as me. My focus on my teammates was someone with passion and respect.
This diverse team allows us to be much more creative and motivated.

the team is
working
Maintaining open communication and
a positive team culture. Identifying
obstacles and working to overcome
them.
I believe I have been cultivating positive culture in a team. I have set up regular meetings where
every member could share their misunderstanding and appreciation among particular team
members in a team with a positive attitude and respect. I try as much to settle those
differences and work on those issues straight away. I always try to lead by example.
4 Manage time

and as part of a
group
Set timelines and targets for specific
tasks. Stick to agreed schedules. Share
the load efficiently and effectively.
1. It was quite hard for me to implement teammates ideas and suggestions as quickly as
possible which leave my mates less motivated to continue to share ideas and it even decrease
our team’s productivity. To avoid this behavior, group member Amrit suggest me to make a to-do list with all the suggestions, break those tasks and do them straightaway or ask for help. This
method is helpful to me.

I have done a good job at interpreting, analyzing, and testing ideas that were generated during
our discussion. I have applied new ideas in specific contexts by seeing existing situations in a
the different angles which allows me to generate a positive outcome. I have combined ideas from
different popular and attractive sites to form something original of my own, sifting and refining
ideas to discover better possibilities and construct my own design by believing in my intuition.

I have regularly notified and explain my team with all my task on time, ask help and provide
help in need and most of my teammates also have done so as well. This behavior allows us to
know who is doing a good job and who is underperforming. This also make us easier to correct
and develop the underachievement.
