Give an example of information from within the organisation that w ... ould be appropriate for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a national supermarket chain, and information from within the organisation that would be inappropriate for the same person. Briefly explain why in both cases. Appropriateness is one of the characteristics of the information which means that information needs to be relevant to meet the specific requirements of the task in which the information is to be used. For example, in a national super market chain, the report of the purchased products, products that are ordered in case of unavailability and rate at which the products are sold are important to CEO in an appropriate format at the end of each month.
