1.INTRODUCTION
Everyone is distinct, but we can work with other people to succeed. Everyone should grow their own set of skills, and everyone can. These skills can be everything you want, and you are ready to devote your time and comfort to studying and learning what you need to develop them. Our university made us do a project called take £ 25. The goal of the project was to be a team of 5 people, where through the difficulties we went through the Covid-19 we were given £ 25 and we had to find a way to create and innovate to increase our money as much as we could this challenge was the first semester where we had 4 weeks to raise money. Through these difficulties of the corona virus, we were able to work together to succeed in offering to this institution the best we could. All the money was donated to the charity for the children foundation across the North East.
1.2. Prepose of the report.
Τhe report has been written to explain the skills where we found and improved together with 4 unknown people. our university gave us the opportunity through a project to help the children’s foundation which is based on Newcastle.
1.3. Context of the report
The challenge of "Take £25" is generated in a way that every student wants to participate in. To support disabled children and children in need, the aim is to form a community of students and raise funds. Every group is given £25 at the beginning of this competition, and they are expected to raise much more their money given, all the money will be given to the Children's Foundation later. The reason this is a challenge is that the community with the most profits will win the challenge and they will be given the chance later in the year to show their work. In addition to that, I have built and improved many of my skills during the challenge, such as teamwork, communication, time.
1.4. Aim of the report.
The purpose of this study is to illustrate in depth the various skills I have acquired and strengthened because of my involvement in the challenge of "Take £ 25". Ιn addition to that I

have personally improved and become a better person through this mission, which made me realize that in both this point of my personal life, this task was what I needed. As well as in my academic career and my possible career in leadership. Also, this report will cover the challenges I have faced as a person and as a member of a community.
1 AUDIT AND EVALUATION OF KEYS SKILLS
Τhe challenge of £25 helped us to obtain a very good communication between us, we talked to achieve a good result, we shared our views, we helped each other and at the same time a friendship was created between us. There was difficulty due to covid-19 we could not have contact, so we collaborated via the internet but for a good result we managed to work together. In the past I did not happen to work with people who are from different countries, this made me feel uncomfortable and very anxious because I was with people I did not know. Through this challenge I fought my phobias and improved a lot in English, cooperation, and teamwork. This way I felt more comfortable with my team members and more confident about myself.
