1. Customers
Who are the current customers/users? Include information related to demographics,
psychographics and buying behavior, price sensitivity, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
For example: You could include information such as whether the brand is trying to appeal to a
certain social or cultural group and how customers perceive the product/brand. It’s also possible
to include demographic information related to: age, educational attainment, geographic area,
gender, race, employment status and/or home ownership. Additionally, you can discuss
psychographic information which includes those attributes that relate to personality, values,
attitudes, interests, or lifestyles of people. This area is also related to situational life stages as
well as customer beliefs, and how customers want to see themselves and be perceived. Some
examples of psychographic groups include video gamers, soccer moms, sports fanatics, hipsters,
and single moms. Life cycle stages include: retirees, new homeowners, college students and new
parents. Be aware that some products/brands may appeal to a wider customer base than others.
Samsung is one of the leading smart phone markers. It took Samsung millions to be at the
level they are today. They target customer by age, gender, income and lifestyles. Their age
group are between 22-55. They do both genders Samsung target low middle class. As well as
higher income customers. Whether they are urban or rural they target both Samsung offer
product from Rs. 1,500to Rs. 80,000+. Samsung use galaxy series to target lifestyles.
What do the customers buy/use of value from the business?
Customers buy their smart T. V’s, Cell Phones and all the product that Samsung makes including
washers and dryers. With their smart TV’s they have different sizes from 32 to 82 inches they
have crystal UDH which is supposed make TV’s clear and best picture. With their cell phones

they have the best seller which is the galaxy series. And they have washer and dryer they have
smart control ones and normal ones for the people that may not know have to work a smart dryer.
Almost have products in anything you need.
What changes can the company/brand expect in the future? How can the company/brand
better serve its customers?

The changes I think that Samsung should expect is their competitor. What kind of product they
may come out with to lower their sales? In the future I think that their sales will be top of the
chart. Because of the customer review that great. They need to keep customer happy and want to
continue to by product. They just came out with Samsung 21 ultra which a high demand this year
cause of how popular this cell phone and it cost 1,000.

1. Growth of diversification – entering personal marketing, smart phones and media
entertainment systems and watches. by making their product with the best quality to keep
customers coming.
2. Growth of product- When using strategies that come by using market development and
product development.
3. Partnerships with developers- They need to keep in good commutations for their partner
and them can keep a great relationship. To make sure that they come out with the best product to
keep both parties happy and secure.
